I learned many things this year, through journalism which helped me improve my writing skills. I was not good at writing at the beginning of the school year but journalism taught me things I did not know before coming to Clairemont High School. This was a hard class which you had to take seriously. At first, I thought it was going to be easy and fun but I was wrong. You have to put so much effort to get your work done on time. If you do not finish your story before the deadline that Mr. Senteno gave us then it will be late and it will not be published. Journalism was fun but if you made a simple mistake in your story then you will get no credit for it. What I will miss from this class is learning and improving myself as a student. However, I will not miss having deadlines. I can write so much better in journalism than in English. I would recommend it to Chieftains, however, journalism will be cut next year which makes me sad.

Goodbye journalism.
